ORDER

Challenging the action of respondent Nos.1 to 3 in not initiating action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.09.2016 against the 4th respondent, the present writ petition is filed. A counter-affidavit is filed on behalf of respondents 2 and 3, wherein it is stated that based on the complaint of the petitioner, the respondent-Corporation appointed a two member team for investigation. Even before submission of the report, the petitioner approached this Court. However, the investigation team completed its investigation and submitted a report on 7.12.2016 stating that the complaint filed by the petitioner was found to be devoid of merit and hence, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings for obtaining copy of the report, in accordance with law, if he is so aggrieved.
