O R D E R

The petitioner is an Educational Society and it is represented by its Chairman. The grievance of the petitioner is that the private respondent No.9 is running school with the same name, emblem and photo of the school run by the petitioner - society, and aggrieved by the same, though number of representations, the latest one being on 11.06.2019, were made to the 3rd respondent - District Collector, Hyderabad, no action has been taken. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for private respondent No.9, and Government Pleader for Education, submits that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.06.2019, and take action in accordance with law.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner stated to have been made on 11.06.2019, and after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and private respondent No.9, shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

It is open to the private respondent No.9 to file objections, if any, and the 3rd respondent shall consider the same and pass orders as indicated above. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
