THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON No.12114 OF 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the Tahsildar, Kondurg Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District, is not considering his representation dated 01.4.2019, whereby he sought a survey to be undertaken of certain lands.

Perusal of the record however reflects that the petitioner merely submitted a written representation without anything further. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that the extant procedure requires submission of an online application by way of a F-line petition along with the requisite fee and necessary documents. Without adhering to the said procedure, it is not open to the petitioner to complain of inaction on the part of the revenue authorities upon his written representation.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to make a proper application in the prescribed format. In the event such an application is made, the Tahsildar, Kondurg Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District, shall take appropriate action thereon in accordance with law expeditiously.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
