When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant, Sri C.Prabhakar Reddy submits that there was a compromise, pursuant to which both the parties have taken divorce.

In view of the above, we feel that nothing survives for adjudication in this C.M.A.

Accordingly, C.M.A is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand dismissed.
