THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2560 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned counsel for respondents.

2. The petitioner herein filed RCC.No.1 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Rent Controller-cum-Junior Civil Judge at Giddalur (for short, trial Court) seeking eviction of the respondents herein from the petition schedule house and to deliver of the same. In the said case, the petitioner filed I.A.No.479 of 2016 on 09.03.2016 seeking a direction to the respondents to deposit the arrears of rent. When the application is not being disposed of and is being adjourned, the present civil revision petition is filed.

3. In the circumstances, if I.A.No.479 of 2016 is not disposed of, the trial Court is directed to consider the said application and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The civil revision petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
