Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the contempt case with liberty to file a contempt case seeking enforcement of the Division Bench order passed on 04.01.2018 in W.A.No.1888 of 2017 and in W.P.No.23044 of 2017.

Granting the liberty as sought, this contempt case is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
