ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Liquidator to pursue his remedies. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Liquidator to pursue his remedies. It is needless to state that the Liquidator shall consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
