The petitioner prays for the following relief : "to issue any appropriate Writ, Order or a direction preferably a writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not constituting High Power Committee to be headed by the Chief Secretary to settle the claims of the petitioner company pursuant to the pre-closure of the contract relating to the execution of work, viz., Investigation, Soil Exploration, Preparation of Design and Drawings, Estimates, including Construction of spillway of length 985.50 m approximately consisting of 48 Vents each of size 16 x 15 m on Right Flank to discharge 36 Lakhs Cusecs with FRL at + 45.72 m for Indra Sagar Project across River Godavari at Ramayyapeta (village) in West Godavari District on EPC Turnkey System, for Rs.633.30 Crores with contract period of 3 Years under Agreement No.

78/2004-05, dated 2303-2005 and to quash the proceedings vide memo.No.25457/ Maj.Irril.(2)/2009, dated 31-01-2011 in settling the claim of the petitioner at Rs.

At the time of hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader insisted the attention of this Court to the common order dated 20-04-2015 in Writ Petition No.15032 of 2010 and batch

and submits that the prayer is covered by the common order. The learned counsel for the petitioner requests the Court to dispose of the writ petition in terms of the said common order.

The pleadings of parties are not referred to as it is submitted the prayer is covered by the order, dated 20-042015. Basing on the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the common order dated 20-04-2015 in Writ Petition No.15032 of 2010 and batch. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
