The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 1 to 3 in sending police personnel to his house at the instance of 4th respondent and demanding to execute blank promissory notes and cheques in favour of 4th respondent, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The Assistant Government Pleader by relying on written instructions dated 18.07.2013 submits that basing on the private complaint of 4th respondent, police Miyapur have registered a case in Cr.No.385 of 2013 against the petitioner and another. He further submits that except investigating into the above crime, in accordance with law, the police have never seen the petitioner. The statement made basing on written instructions is placed on record.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall no order as to costs.
