ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2 in not communicating about the stage of O.A.No.125 of 2002 and in not giving reply to the petitioner's representations, dated 29.06.2015, 20.07.2015, 05.09.2015 and 22.09.2015; and the attempts of respondent No.3 to evict the petitioner from the land in T.S.No.944 in Block No.21 of Vizianagaram, as arbitrary and illegal. Ms.K.Lalitha, learned standing counsel for respondent No.3 temple, submitted that the office of the Chairman of respondent No.2 has been vacant and it is not functioning and that therefore, the aforesaid O.A. is still pending. She has further stated that the public notice in R.C.No.152/2015, dated 02.09.2015, issued by respondent No.3 does not relate to the land in occupation of the petitioner and that the petitioner will not be evicted from the land in question till O.A.No.125 of 2002 is decided, as held in the order, 09.04.2015, in W.P.No.9627 of 2015. In the light of the above submissions of the learned standing counsel, which are placed on record, the Writ Petition is closed.

As a sequel to closure of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.46210 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous. _________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 04th November, 2015 GHN
