Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.Ravi Babu, learned counsel for the respondents.

Learned counsel for both the sides state that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the decision dt.21-09-2016 in W.P.No.24323 of 2012 and batch.

Therefore, for the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing respondents to examine the case of the petitioner and take necessary steps for implementing the provisions of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995, in the light of the order dt.29-01-2016 in W.P.No.36337 of 2012 as confirmed by order dt.08-09-2016 in W.A.No.1120 of 2015, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case of non implementation of this order in the case of the petitioner, the respondents shall pass a speaking order. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
