Counsel for the petitioner as well as Government Pleader for Services state that the order in WP.MP.No.53358 of 2016 in WP.No.43238 of 2016 dated 20.07.2017 has since been complied with by the respondent issuing order dated 05.10.2017 which was also questioned in another Writ Petition subsequently.
