Permission is accorded.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn. Consequently, the interim direction given by this Court by order dated 28.03.2018, shall stand vacated. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
