THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO M.A.C.M.A.No.773 OF 2014 JUDGMENT:

Sri T.Mahender Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, addressed a letter dated 13.12.2018 to the Registry stating that the appellant-Insurance Company intends to withdraw the appeal. In view of the letter dated 13.12.2018, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

The appellant shall deposit the entire compensation amount in terms of the award dated 28.06.2012 passed by the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal(VIII Additional District Court) East Godavari, Rajahmundry, to the credit of MVOP No.369 of 2011 within a period of one month from today. The amounts already deposited shall be given credit. On such deposit, the respondent-claimant is entitled to withdraw the same.
