THE HON'BLE Dr.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.120 of 2019 ORDER:

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner/wife, seeking to transfer F.C.O.P.No.484 of 2018 pending on the file of Judge, Family Court at Warangal to the Court of XV Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally.

Heard Sri K.Ravinder Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner/wife, Sri B.Shankar, learned counsel for the respondent/ husband and perused the record.

The F.C.O.P.No.484 of 2018 was filed by the respondent/ husband and the same is pending before the Judge, Family Court at Warangal.

In the course of submissions it is brought to the notice of this Court that any Family Court at Hyderabad, is convenient to both the parties.

Under these circumstances, the F.C.O.P.No.484 of 2018 pending on the file of Judge, Family Court at Warangal, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Judge, Family Court at Hyderabad, for disposal in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
