The grievance of the petitioner is that the revenue authorities are not taking steps to amend the new pattadar pass book issued to him in respect of the extent of Ac.2-00 guntas of land in Sy.No.185/AA of Indurthi Village, Marrigudem Mandal, Nalgonda District, which has been left out therein. Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioner was issued a regular pass book under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, wherein this land found mention. However, in the new pattadar pass book which was issued to him as per the Government's policy, this land was excluded. The petitioner made representation dated 28.5.2019 in this regard to the Tahsildar, Marrigudem Mandal, but complains that no action has been taken thereupon.

It is not open to the Tahsildar, Marrigudem Mandal, to remain unmoved upon the petitioner's representation in view of the aforestated facts, as the valuable property rights of the petitioner would be at stake. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Marrigudem Mandal, Nalgonda District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's representation dated 28.5.2019 expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
