HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P. No. 6224 OF 2003 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the 2nd respondent's final order No.P1/255(3)/2002-RM:N, dated 28.07.2002 in deleting the petitioner's name from the selected list of conductors as being illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents to continue the petitioner's name in the selected list of Conductors and to provide her job.

2. Heard Sri B.Papa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation.

3. While admitting the writ petition on 09.04.2003, this Court passed interim order in W.P.M.P.No.8137 of 2003, as follows: "A perusal of the explanation submitted by the petitioner discloses that her failure to attend to the duties was on account of her becoming pregnant and her undergoing a major operation for delivery. Under these circumstances, this Court finds that her deletion was without any basis. Hence, pending further orders, it is directed that the petitioner shall be provided with casual conductor's work."

4.

It is stated in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents that pursuant to the interim order dated 9.4.2003, the petitioner was given posting orders in Miryalguda Depot. This fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. The interim order passed by this Court has worked out no further orders need be passed in the matter. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order dated 09.04.2003.

There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
