HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.3240 of 2019 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.264 of 2019 on the file of Pahadisharief Police Station, Rachakonda. Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 16.12.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Pahadisharief Police Station, Rachakonda, wherein it is stated that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned V Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, on 19.8.2019 and the CC number is awaited. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
