THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA TRANSFER CMP.No.179 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Sri K. Chidambaram, learned counsel for the petitioner - wife and Sri D.V. Chalapati Rao, learned counsel for the respondent - husband.

The request made in the present petition is to transfer I.D.O.P.No.1450 of 2017 from the file of the Principal District Judge, Guntur, to the file of the Principal District Judge, Eluru, West Godavari District, on the ground that the petitioner has got minor children and aged parents to lookafter and it is arduous for her to travel from West Godavari to Guntur to attend the Court on every date of hearing. The reason for seeking transfer of the case is genuine. Certainly, it would cause hardship for the petitioner to travel all the way from West Godavari to Guntur.

Hence, the transfer CMP is allowed. I.D.O.P.No.1450 of 2017 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal District Judge, Guntur, and transferred to the file of the Principal District Judge, Eluru, West Godavari District. The transferee Court shall issue notices to both parties and take up the matter.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present petition, stand closed.
