This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "... this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass an order direction or a writ particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the action on part of the respondent No 3 in attempting to dispossess the petitioner from his land admeasuring 1 acre under Sy.No.71 (Part) at Jalpally Village, Saroor Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District is highly illegal arbitrary in violation of Article 300 A of the Constitution and amounts to colourable exercise of powers Consequently this Honourable Court may be pleased to direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from his land admeasuring 1 acre under Sy.No.71 (Part) at Jalpally Village, Saroor Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in any illegal manner whatsoever and to pass any other order or orders."

Heard both sides.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submits that a crime is registered against the petitioner on 27.05.2019 on the complaint filed by the fourth respondent and except investigating into the said crime the respondents are not trying to dispossess the petitioner. The other allegations made by the petitioner are also denied.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
