HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.140 of 2017 ORDER:
The prayer in the writ petition is as under:
" to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents 1 to 5 in filing the charge sheet vide F.I.R. No.63 of 2015 dated 27-06-2015 and F.I.R. No.111 of 2016 dated 10-10-2016 on the file of the S.H.O., Telakapally, Mahabubnagar District as illegal, arbitrary and violative of the principles of natural justices and consequently by direct the respondents 1 to 5 to file the charge sheet in the said FIRs and pass..."

Heard the learned counsel for petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) representing the respondents 1 to 5 and perused the prayer in the writ petition with supporting affidavit and other material on record. 3.
The sum and substance of the very writ petition is the inaction of police in investigation of Crime No.63 of 2015 dated 27.06.2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Telakapally, Mahabubnagar District. What the parties submit is that after filing of the writ petition, in Crime No.111 of 2016 dated 10.10.2016 the final report is already filed in the form of charge sheet. Now, so far as Crime No.63 of 2015 is concerned, it is the submission of learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) that the police after investigation filed the final report by referring the crime issue as civil in nature and a copy is also shown sent to the address of de-facto complainant today by registered post with acknowledgment
Dr. SSRB, J W.P. No.140 of 2017 due and the copy is served to the learned counsel for petitioners in the open Court.
Having regard to the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of to indicate any grievance against the said police final report by the de-facto complainant by raising any protest or otherwise. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
