THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.3844 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.32 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Humayun Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer referred the matter as 'lack of evidence'. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
