THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1352 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the accused seeking to set aside the order of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Manthani dated 8.6.2015, whereby the learned Magistrate issued Non-Bailable Warrant against the petitioner in C.C.No.252 of 2015.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Perused the material on record. In the circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below and file an application seeking to recall the warrant. On filing such application, the Court below is directed to recall the Warrant issued against the petitioner on the same day on execution of a bond by the petitioner for a sum of Rs.1,000/- with one surety with an undertaking for his further appearance for trial before it. The Criminal Revision Case is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
