THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.27977 of 2008 ORDER:- As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 24.01.2017, the matter was listed to today under the caption " for dismissal" . Though the matter was listed under the caption " for dismissal" even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning or in the afternoon session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
