At the time when the matters are taken up for hearing, Sri G.L.Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petitions with liberty to avail the remedies available under law if any further action is initiated by the respondents. He also made endorsement on the petitions to that effect.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, all the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty as prayed for.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in these writ petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
