HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRL.M.P.NO.6409 OF 2015 AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.5461 OF 2014 COMMON ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the order dated 13.03.2014 in C.R.P.No.9 of 2013 passed by the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Kurnool at Adoni, wherein the learned Judge confirmed the order dated 10.12.2012 in M.C.No.19 of 2009 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Adoni.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for respondents.

Pending the Criminal Petition, the de facto complainant filed petition seeking permission of the Court to compound the proceedings.

The accused and the 2nd respondent/de facto complainant are present before the Court and they are identified by their respective counsel. They filed joint compromise memo along with affidavit of the de facto complainant stating that the de facto complainant agreed to receive Rs.3,00,000/- towards permanent alimony by giving up all future claims. Hence, permission to be accorded to compound the proceedings. Recording the same, Crl.M.P.No.6409 of 2015 is ordered and the Criminal Petition is allowed by quashing the order dated 13.03.2014 in C.R.P.No.9 of 2013 passed by the learned II

Additional Sessions Judge, Kurnool at Adoni. Consequently, M.C.No.19 of 2009 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Adoni, is dismissed.
