Admittedly, the petitioner has alternative remedy of appeal against the impugned order and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Hence, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as may be available to him under law. Since it is stated that standing crop is existing in the subject land and that the respondents are trying to remove the said crop, Status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained for a period of four (4) weeks.
