Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a letter, dated 09.12.2019, before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. In the said letter, it is mentioned that due to passage of time, the writ petition has become infructuous. It is also mentioned that learned counsel received oral instructions from the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.

In the light of the letter, dated 09.12.2019, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
