HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT CONTEMPT CASE No.1144 OF 2008 ORDER:

H e a rd Mr.Raju, counsel representing Sri P.V.Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The writ petitioner has filed the instant Contempt Case complaining disobedience of the order, dated 23-02-2007 in W.P.No.34653 of 1997.

The respondents filed W.P.M.P.No.31312 of 2008 praying for condonation of 550 days delay in filing the review petition against the order dated 23-02-2007.

This Court by order dated 17-03-2009 condoned the delay subject to payment of costs of Rs.8,000/- to the writ petitioner. As the costs were paid, the review petition was admitted and arguments are heard.

The principal complaint of disobedience of writ order does not survive, in view of the orders passed in Rev.WPMP.(SR).No.122108 of 2008.
