Heard Sri D. Madhava Rao, learned counsel for the revision petitioner, and Sri Jitender Rao Viramalla, learned counsel for the respondent.

Both the learned counsel would make a request to direct the Court below to dispose of the suit itself, instead of I.A.No.123 of 2015.

The suit relates to the year 2015. At this juncture, instead of ordering to dispose of the said I.A., it would be desirable to direct the Court below to dispose of the suit itself as expeditiously as possible, not later than 31.12.2018.

Subject to the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
