HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY C.R.P.No.2770 of 2018 ORDER:

It is the case of the petitioner that he filed I.A.No.70 of 2015 to condone the delay of (11) days in filing the appeal in A.S.SR.No.3592 of 2011 in the year 2011. The same is not being disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present CRP is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that there is no fault of the petitioner and without any reason, the said I.A. is being adjourned from time to time.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be direction to the Court below is directed to dispose of I.A. No.70 of 2015 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the revision is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this revision, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
