HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.23278 of 2010 ORDER:

The action of respondent No.1 in prescribing the minimum educational qualifications for being admitted into Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) course as pass in Intermediate Examination with Biological or Physical Science and in G.N.M. (General Nursing and Midwifery) course and two years experience as staff nurse, vide G.O.Ms.No.269 dated 30.11.2009, as against the educational qualifications prescribed by respondent No.2, is questioned in the writ petition as being illegal and arbitrary.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, a representation is made by Sri G.Srinivas, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri A.Sanjeev Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioners, that the matter has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
