Sri C. Sai Vishnu, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedies available to him in law as well as the representation submitted by him on 11.06.2015. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
