HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON Nos 6444, 6630, 6821, 8171, 10185, 10901, 7743 and WP.No.14739 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:

In all these writ petitions, the petitioners challenge the action of respondents in not including their names in the list of candidates called for interview for the post of Assistant Professors in their respective Departments. As such, the writ petitions are being disposed of by way of common order.

Counter affidavit is filed by respondents 1 to 3 stating as under:

" It is respectfully submitted that Government vide Lr.No.2608/B1/2018, Dt.23.3.2018 HM&FW (B1) Dept., addressed to the Secretary Telangana State Public Service Commission has informed that as per MCI latest guidelines senior residency of One year is not mandatory for recruitment of Assistant Professors in pre and para clinical departments and super speciality and further informed to the Secretary Telangana State Public Service Commission, Govt.of Telangana Hyderabad to accept the applications and take necessary further action in the matter."

In view of the same, the grievance of the petitioners stood redressed.

Recording the same, the writ petitions are disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of these petitions, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
