ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: ".....issue a writ, direction or orders especially one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 4th respondents for not granting pattas in respect of the petitioners house sites to an extent of ac 0.02 cents to each petitioners herein situated in SY NO 221 and 221/1B of D.V.C Colony, Town, Guntur District, as illegal, arbitrary violation of principles of natural justice and violation of Right to Shelter and Livelihood and violation of article 21 of the

Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No 3 and 4 herein to grant house site to an extent of ac 0.02 cents to each petitioners herein situated in SY NO 221/1 and 221/1B of D.V.C colony, Ponnur Town, Guntur District and pass..." When the matter came up for hearing on 19.03.2015 learned Government Pleader for Revenue placed on record a copy of the instructions dated 01.07.2011 received from the Tahsildar, Ponnur, wherein it has been categorically asserted that the petitioners have been given house site pattas in Sy.No.321/1 of Ponnur Town in the year 2008. The details have been mentioned in the instructions. The learned counsel for the petitioners sought time for verification of the same with his client. Accordingly time was granted and the matter was directed to be listed on 23.03.2015 "for orders".

When the matter is listed today, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instructions may be made part of the record and the writ petition may be disposed of.

Recording the said submission, while making the instructions as part of the record, the writ petition is closed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
