Aggrieved by an order dated 10.09.2012 passed in I.A. No.381 of 2012 in O.S. No.263 of 2008 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Nandyal, the present Revision is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the C.R.P. has become infructuous as the plaintiff died and till date L.Rs., are not brought on record.

In view of the said representation, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to it, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in the C.R.P. shall stand closed.
