THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.32090 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned standing counsel for the respondents.

2. This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in erecting High Tension Towers through the petitioners' land in different survey numbers in Waddewata, Kanayapally and Amadabakula villages, Kothakota Mandal, Mahabubnagar District.

3. The petitioners state that they submitted a representation on 30-072015 to respondent No.3 to direct the concerned officials for taking appropriate remedies and measures.

4. In view of the above representation, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to pay compensation to the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
