THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.4239 OF 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner, who is the sole accused in Cr.No.44 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Trimulghery Police Station, Hyderabad City, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 408 and 506 IPC, filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 31-07-2017. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems the petitioner is not evincing any interest to prosecute the case.

Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
