Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

2. The present Criminal Petition came to be filed under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking enlargement on bail in Crime.No.86 of 2015 of Thotlavalluru Police Station, Vijayawada, Krishna District registered for the offence punishable under Section 376 (2) (F) I.P.C.

3. A perusal of the material on record shows that in the month of January, 2016, the petitioner filed a similar bail application before this Court and the same was dismissed vide order, dated 05.01.2016 in Crl.P.No.13187 of 2015.

Again the petitioner filed the present application seeking bail in the very same crime. As there are no changed circumstances, the request of the petitioner cannot be considered.
