When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner informed the Court that the interim order passed by this Court on 19.06.2019 could not be complied with, by the petitioner. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

In view of the above said submission, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
