THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.ABHISHEK REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.510 of2022 ORDERT Alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 29.06.2020 passed by this Court in W.P. No.9371 of 2020, the present Writ Petition is fiied.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader has placed on record the proceedings dated 06.09.2021 passed by the Tahsildar, Khila Warangal Mandal, in compliance of the order dated 29.06.2020 passed by this Court in W.P. No.9371 of 2O2O.

Having regard to the proceedings dated o6.09.202 1, the present Contempt Case is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 06.09 .2021 , if he is so aggrieved.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
