This petition is filed, by the petitioners-accused Nos.2, 4, 8, 12 and 13, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.97 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Attili Police Station, West Godavari District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.
