HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO: 4 0 2 7 OF 2015 O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the third respondent in failing to provide police protection to the petitioner against respondents 4 to 7, who trespassed into the housing property bearing Municipal No. 13-3-266 [old] and 13-3-266/19 [new] inside compound, Rahat Maskan, Outside Puranapul, Hyderabad and evicting the respondent No.4 by court order, as arbitrary, ex-facie illegal, against Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to arrest unofficial respondents 4 to 7 and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home [Telangana].
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that in view of the threat from the un-official respondents 4 to 7, he approached the respondent No.3, who registered Crime No.193 of 2014 on 18/09/2014 against the un-official respondents 4 to 7 for the offences punishable under section 380, 448, 506 read with section 34 of IPC and section 156 [3] Cr.P.C. and after completion of
investigation charge sheet has been filed before XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

According to the written instructions dated 27/2/2015, Sri Ram Mohan Rao, Assistant Government Pleader for Home represents before this Court that a case has been registered against the respondents 4 to 7 and the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed for the offences punishable under section 380, 448, 506 read with section 34 of IPC and section 156 [3] Cr.P.C. and after completion of investigation charge sheet has been filed before XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.
5. In view of the above submission made by the Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed. No costs.
6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
