HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION NO. 22218 OF 2017 ORDER:
The first petitioner who is aged about 69 years and second petitioner who is aged about 65 years respectively complains inaction of respondents in concluding the enquiry initiated under L. Dis. D-2/697/2012 dated 22.02.2012, as illegal and arbitrary.

I have heard Mr. Deepak Misra, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. 3.
The Assistant Government Pleader submits that since notice has already been issued, the 4th respondent can be directed to dispose of the pending case within reasonable time.

Hence, writ petition is disposed of. The 4th respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry and pass orders within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to observe that the merits of the claim are not considered and it is for the 4th respondent to issue notice to all parties, afford opportunity, and pass orders in this behalf.
