THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.10097 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking verbatim the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondents 2 and 3 in not registering the case against the 4th respondent basing on the complaint of the petitioner dated 12-02-2018 as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 herein to register a case against the 4th respondent and prosecute her as per law and pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2.

I have heard the submissions of Sri N.Siva Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. I have perused the material record.

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly stated that a crime has been registered on the report, dated 12.02.2018, lodged by the petitioner with the 3rd respondent Police Officer and, therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Recording the submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
