This writ petition is filed seeking a mandamus to declare the action of the 5th respondent in not dismantling the Flat No.401 in Sneha Residency, situated in Sy.No.835 Vandanpuri Colony, Iskabai, Beerumguda, Ammenpur village, Patancheru Mandal, Medak District belonging to the 6th respondent in spite of the orders passed by the 3rd respondent vide proceedings No.2806/2014/A4-Pts, dated 06-11-2014 as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to direct the 3rd respondent to take action against the 5th respondent for dereliction of duties. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the 5th respondent states that action has been initiated and the illegal construction has been removed

and the same is not disputed or denied by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition no survives and has become infructuous.
