This Writ Petition was filed for the following relief. "To issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action on the part of the respondents in not initiating eviction process to evict the residents of Kothapakalu village, Rampachodavaram Mandal, East Godavari District from their houses and agricultural lands is illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents, their agents, nominees in evicting any person from dwelling homes or agricultural lands of Kothapakalu village, Rampachodavaram Mandal, East Godavari District without gram sabha certifying all the components of MOU have been completed to the satisfaction of the displaced affected families of Kothapakalu village, Rampachodavaram Mandal, East Godavari District."

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on the basis of instructions, submits that the present grievance of the petitioners relates to the lands which were not acquired though coming under submergence and, in those circumstances, he wants to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law by seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition. In the circumstances, permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is needless to observe that it is open to the petitioners to make a representation with regard to the said grievance. There shall be no order as to costs.
