HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.3250 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash order dated 10.5.2019 passed by the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nidamanur, Nalgonda District, in Crl.M.P.No.641 of 2019. 2.
At the hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1-State submitted that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and the charge sheet is filed before the Court concerned.

In view of the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
