THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12211 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 4 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5. 2.

It is stated by both sides that the issue in this Writ Petition is covered by order dated 18.12.2015 in W.P.No.32614 of 2015. 3.

Accordingly for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed directing the respondents to release individual service connection to the petitioner on payment of requisite charges within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, which shall be subject to further direction which may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Supreme Court in the litigation which is pending before it arising out of judgment dated 12.09.2012 in W.P.No.20407 of 2008 and batch. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
