O R D E R

The petitioners and respondents 2 to 4 herein are the defendants in the suit filed by the 1st respondent for partition of the suit schedule properties, on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Mancherial in O.S.No.41/2013. Pending the suit, the trial court by order and decree dated 13.4.2016 in I.A.No.260/2013 in O.S.No.41/2013, granted temporary injunction not to alienate the suit schedule property and challenging the same, the petitioners herein filed C.M.A.No.1 of 2016 on the file of Vacation Civil Judge (The Judge, Family Court - cum - IV Additional district and Sessions Judge), Adilabad and pending the appeal, sought for suspension of the order dated 13.4.2016 in I.A.No.7/2016 in C.M.A.No.1/2016. By docket order dated 9.5.2016 the lower appellate ordered for urgent notice. Challenging the same, the present revision is filed.

During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that I.A.No.7 of 2016 in C.M.A.No.1/2016 is posted to 28.6.2016 and the same may be directed to be dispose of. In view of the above, the lower appellate court shall dispose of I.A.No.7 of 2016 in C.M.A.No.1/2016 on 28.6.2016 to which date the matter is posted.

The revision petition is accordingly disposed of at the stage of admission. No costs.
